OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT OFFERS A WIDE VARIETY OF OPTIONS.

Valve Repairs

-Valves are repaired according to the following procedure:  Valve is dismantled.  All parts are sandblasted to bare metal.  All parts are re-inspected for wear.  Worn parts are built-up by weld deposit with material equal to or better than original.  Built-up parts are machined or ground to size.  Any necessary replacement parts are generally done with original manufacturer’s brand parts.  Valve is tested to API 598 test procedure.  Valve raised faces or RTJ rings are machined.  Valve is painted and prepared for shipping. 

Gear Operators

-We can mount customer supplied, or Cana West Valve supplied gear operators

Actuations

-We can mount pneumatic or hydraulic actuations

Valve Testing

-Valves are tested to API and 598 or CSA Z245 test standards

Valve Coating

-We can arrange to have your valve coated with various polymer or nickel coatings
